Tiamat

Who this is

Tiamat made thirteen puzzles on Arweave in 2019 and 2020, funded them with AR and a little ETH and DAI, and hinted at them from a Twitter account called ArweaveP. Twelve of them are in the collection. Weave 6 isn't recorded yet. Four are still open, including weave 3 with 1,000 AR. Tiamat also built chronobot.io, a node monitor for the Arweave network, alone, because nothing public did the job at the time. That's the whole public footprint: the weaves, the monitor, the account.

The one time Tiamat talked about themselves was a Community Spotlight interview on Arweave's Medium in October 2019. Country: France. Occupation: programmer. Inspiration: Hanayama cast puzzles and a Bitcoin puzzle on Reddit. Would there be more puzzles? Maybe, if I get ideas. There were, through 2020, and then nothing.

What the record says

All four facts come from that interview, because it's the only first person source and the record would rather cite one page four times than pad the list with commentary. Everything in it's self reported. The record takes it as what Tiamat said, not as verified biography, and the wording of each fact keeps it that way.
