Who this is

A Reddit account. One post, zero comments, at least as far as the Arctic Shift archive of Reddit knows. That's the whole trail.

October 8, 2020, 09:25 UTC. Brave New World goes up on the account's own profile, not in any subreddit. A collage of 2020, runes, "find the seed phrase", an address up the left edge. The title promises $2000. The address had held 0.2 BTC since May.

Then nothing. The thread kept growing for six years. The author never showed up in it.

What the record says

Two facts, both straight from the post. It was a title and a picture with no text. The prize address is written into the picture. Everything about the puzzle itself lives on the collection page.
