Who this is

A Reddit account. That's the whole verified identity, and the record keeps it that way. AoiNakamoto posted on r/bitcoinpuzzles and r/Grycoin between April and August 2019, ran a series of small text puzzles called Quizchain, and then wrote one last post titled Shutting Down. Satoshi without the consonants, if you were wondering about the name.

The birthday quiz is the one puzzle of theirs in the dataset. Seven questions about Bitcoin history, each answer hashed, the hashes turned into a seed. It went up on April 5 and the wallet was swept the same evening.

What the record says and what it doesn't

The three facts on the record are all Reddit posts by this account: the request for permission to run a giveaway, one of the numbered Quizchain blocks, and the shutdown. That's enough to date the activity and to show the puzzle wasn't a one off.

There were other accounts around the series, on Twitter and Wattpad, with the same name in a different order. They look like the same person. Looking alike isn't the same as being linked, and none of those accounts points at another, so they aren't on the record. If one ever does, it goes in as a profile with that link as its source.
