June 9, 2019. The question is HI there. The solution is two pairs of capital letters. And the TOMI field starts in the post: Atbash foldover, then four more words. Only one digit block, 836. The author expected a fast solve.

Fast? It sat there for almost a day. u/Crypto_Rachel posted page after page of letter pairs and their meanings. Players asked for more digits, and the author posted 1 for the solution and 42 for the TOMI field.

Two to the right

Same alphabet as block 30, folded in two rows. Block 30 read one place to the right. This one reads two. Start at H and I, step two to the right, and you get HQ and IP. The TOMI field spells it out: Atbash foldover two to the right.

The claim confirmed at 21:58:04 UTC on June 10, an hour before the first hint. u/BrainForceOne explained it later. The TOMI hash did most of the work. And it paid 1Thanksg9t4MRoCH2CM3cArWq26JiNvMY again, the address from block 5.
