Two letters
May 30, 2019, eight minutes after the block 22 post. The question is PG. The format is [solution] TOMI [TOMI], with digits 593, 4 and 5.
The funding confirmed twelve minutes before the post this time. Lesson learned from block 22: fund close to posting, so nobody gets a five hour head start.
The missing P
PG is short a letter. Which one? Add P and you get PGP, Pretty Good Privacy. So the solution is just P, and the TOMI field is Pretty Good Privacy. The author picked it for Bitcoin's cypherpunk roots.
u/mooncritic tried Project Gutenberg. Not bad. Not it.
The claim confirmed at 15:55:40 UTC, about three hours in. Nobody posted the string. u/puzzleponky called it a good block, "not too easy but a nice solution with an obvious TOMI". A one letter solution that still needs a TOMI field. That's the brute force fear in a nutshell.
