Cross sum
May 24, 2019. The title says 7 mbtc, the post says 8. Why? "There is a number seven in 17", and the cross sum of 17 is 8. Sure, why not.
The question: 500 years in the right eye. Format [solution] TOMI [TOMI], digits 885, a and f.
LV
The Mona Lisa is about 500 years old. Sources say there are tiny letters in her right eye, LV. The author's update says Leonardo signed his work there. So the string is LV TOMI Mona Lisa.
The post went up at 22:58:40 UTC. The claim confirmed at 23:05:03. Six and a half minutes. u/mooncritic posted the string, then asked if the extra 1 mBTC was a mistake and offered to send it back. Nice. The 8 was on purpose, right there at the top of the post. The 7 in the title? The author called that "another mistake". No penalty block for it, though.
Why so fast? u/silver_anth explained it: paste the question into Google and the answer is the first thing you see. The author admitted to googling it before posting. "Maybe not careful enough..." Fair enough.
