Impossible without context, says the author. With context, though?

The answer is layer, and the TOMI field is Grycoin. u/puzzleponky followed the author's Twitter. A recent tweet wanted to "do something Bitcoin can't do yet on a second layer". And the TOMI? Only one other coin in the whole quizchain.

The claim confirmed at 08:10:01 UTC, twelve minutes after the post. "Maybe I was overdoing the easy level thing a bit", wrote the author. Using Bitcoin as the example format for Grycoin. Yeah, a bit.
