JD6
July 10, 2019. A simple one, the author hopes. The question is JD6. Format [solution] TOMI [TOMI], the TOMI field is one word in lower case, digits 215.
No partial hashes this time. Too easy to script, says the author. Is it?
Six keys to the right
Atbash turns JD into QW. Six letters starting with QW? QWERTY. The TOMI field is keyboard. Or kayboard, as the first version of the update had it. A commenter caught that. "I am crazy, but not THAT crazy."
u/BrainForceOne explained the solve a few hours later. JDJDJD, nothing. Caesar, nothing. Atbash, and the keys sit next to each other. Six keystrokes to the right gave QWERTZ, the Swiss layout. One extra twist and it's QWERTY. AZERTY players probably had no chance.
