July 4, 2019. The question is Famous film. Format [solution] TOMI [TOMI], digits 9b3. The method was used before, says the author. "Would be really difficult without context".

Players tried a lot. The Hoax. Man of Steel TOMI Hal Finney. u/BrainForceOne went with A Beautiful Mind TOMI Nash Hash Caesar. A beautiful match, said the author, nicer than the real one.

Two days and two hints later: Atbash foldover. Write A to M over Z to N. Start at E, move two to the right to G, look down. T. The answer is ET, and the TOMI field is Atbash foldover two to the right, the same as block 34.

The claim confirmed at 23:18:08 UTC on July 6. And then u/Quantris noticed. The hash starts with 9be, not 9b3. The author typed the digits by hand. u/JDScreesh posted the whole hash, 9be70160646f1c10dbec577ebf20f715.

"Damn. Quitting this whole thing in disgust." Then, a minute later: "But not yet." Who could quit two weeks before the end?
