June 8, 2019. A Yang campaign block again. Policy number 103 wants a "Department of Technology" focused on Artificial Intelligence. The question: what word comes to mind? One word with a capital letter, and a TOMI field. Digits fcd, b and 5.

What word, though? Anything could come to mind.

Omnipotent

Not for players of the first run. Its block 22 had the same idea, and the author admitted then that Omnipotent would have beaten Overlord. So the answer is Omnipotent, and the TOMI field is block 22.
