"Since no one bothers looking at it anyway, I can just skip writing it." Then, deadpan: the Green New Deal is clearly the obvious solution now.

The question asks for the problem Grycoin is supposed to solve. Digits f13. And this time nobody grabbed it before the post. The author checked.

carbon budget

Players got close and got burned. One guess about CO2 emissions hashed to f12. "Got excited for a moment." u/reddeneer had transaction speed, which matched the 0c partial hash for the solution and nothing else.

u/Quantris went back to block 12, where Grycoin got hashed as grycoin. "This block is hard for me because I don't believe in Grycoin." Wrong track, said the author. And Grycoin will suck so much people will burn their grycoins. Very on brand.

The last hint: the TOMI field is two words, one of them Grycoin, capital G. "Checking very careful now." Then u/kimi_tousan got it, carbon budget TOMI Grycoin solution. The claim confirmed at 08:19:28 UTC on July 20. The author never edited the answer in. Their comment is the only place it's written down.
