July 16, 2019. Block 71 pays 8 mBTC, the cross sum of 71. The first funding was only 7 mBTC, so the author sent one more. "No big block for this mistake..." Fair. The chain had its own joke, though: the 1 mBTC top-up confirmed one block before the 7 mBTC it was topping up.

The question is not zero. Format [solution] TOMI [TOMI], digits 4bc. A TOMI field again, on purpose. The last block went at sight, so this one should be harder.

The guesses were fun. Jordan TOMI Why joke. Zero No Tsukaima TOMI Hiraga Saito. "Thought I was onto something", wrote u/martypyouknowme.

Half a day in, the author posted partial hashes, 48 for the solution and bc3 for the TOMI field. That did it. The answer is net zero, one letter off the question, and a goal of climate policy. The TOMI field says the same thing again: carbon neutral.

The claim confirmed at 15:30:17 UTC on July 17. Three minutes later u/LiaVl posted "Got it". And u/Quantris? They had it too, but wrote carbon-neutral with a hyphen. Correct English, wrong hash.
