June 22, 2019. No question again. The TOMI field has six elements. Digits 7c4, f and d3. u/silver_anth reached for block 21, which also had only its number. So what is 46 in Bitcoin?

Nothing, the author answered. It's about the number 46, but not about the Bitcoin space. Asked for more, they posted a second digit of the solution hash: f6.

The 46th president

The first run backed a candidate. Block 17 pointed at 1AndrewYangForPresident2o2ozm6Pzd. So the answer is Andrew Yang. The TOMI field is 46th President of the United States.

u/rnd1783 explained it once the claim confirmed, at 13:44:38 UTC, under ten hours after the post. No hint needed. The author later called it a block that could belong to a political campaign. The 46th president turned out to be somebody else.
