The answer hides in the famous painting puzzle, The Legend of Satoshi Nakamoto. Before its private key sits the sequence B34u7y, then truth and rarity. So the answer is truth rarity. The TOMI field is the painting's prize address, 1FLAMEN6rq2BqMnkUmsJBqCGWdwgVKcegd. A vanity address with FLAME in it, for a key hidden in the flames.

The author called the painting unsolved for over three years. The dataset disagrees. Its record has the painting solved in February 2018, well before this block.
