June 15, 2019. The question talks like Yoda: "Ten words there are. Missing of them there are three." The answer is three words in lower case. The TOMI field has five items. Digits 401, 8d and 4c.

The one hint says the method was used before and fits this block number better. Block 39. BIP39, anyone?

Four, five, nine

Count from one to ten in the BIP39 word list. One, two, three, six, seven, eight and ten are there. Four, five and nine are not. So the answer is four five nine, and the TOMI field is BIP 39 word list numbers.

u/puzzleponky posted the whole string. The claim confirmed at 16:22:31 UTC on June 16. The author never edited a solution into this post, so that comment is the only place the answer is written down.

And the Yoda talk? A distraction, u/puzzleponky thought. force is in the word list, after all.
