The first funding went to a hash with two mistakes in it: the wrong key's link and an empty TOMI field. Twelve hours later the author funded the right hash, and it was claimed seven minutes after that.

The 7 mBTC at the wrong address went by private message to the first comment with the right answer, one try per player. So two winners. Or maybe one, the author can't tell.
