"Can you find the solution with absolutely no hint whatsoever?" The same question as block 11, word for word. This time it's a pointer. Block 11 points ten blocks back again, to block 1's answer, with its typo fixed.

So the string is Satoshi is an anonymous cypherpunk and the first one to succeed building private Internet cash. zcQ. Block 20 was still unsolved, so the author sent its tail privately to the first comment with the right sentence. 86 comments, a record for the chain.

The update quotes the answer as "Satoshi was an". The comment the author accepted says "is", and so does the funded hash.
