## Who this is

Dug teaches. The [Student Treasure Hunt](https://puzzles.agntn.dev/collections/dug) is his way of making students read the slides: one seed word per lecture, a funded wallet at the end of the term, and the twelfth word posted publicly on Nostr with a photo of the slide. The 2025 edition funded three addresses of one seed. Someone outside the class got there through a public cipher sheet, which is the part that made it a puzzle for everyone else.

The Nostr profile is named DugandRupe. The bio is about a dog. That's all the identity the record needs, and all it has.

## What the record says

Three facts. The profile metadata event, which gives the name and the address and a date. The signed note with the twelfth word, which is the same event the collection's hint cites. And floflo777's recovery write up, which is the source for how much was funded and how the phrase was recovered without the private slides. The write up is a solver's account, not the author's, and the fact says so by citing it.
